Have you ever been on the FIFA list of referees? If not, would you like to be a FIFA referee in the future?

No, I got on the elite list at 38 and was therefore too old to be nominated for FIFA.

When allowing an advantage, how long would you give yourself to make a decision to whether it is a good advantage to play-on or not?

Advantage is always a good debate and two or three seconds is appropriate in this situation but you must always be mindful of where the offence took place before playing it.

When refereeing at any level, have you ever had to abandon a game due to too many players being sent off?

No, and hopefully it will never happen in a game that I am involved in.

What is the longest amount of added-on time you have had to referee at the end of a game and what was the cause of the delay?

14 minutes when a goalkeeper received a kick to the head.
