How do you deal with criticism you receive from the media after a game? We always hear from football pundits that they disagree with a decision, does this upset you at all, or do you just ignore it and move on?

There are no easy ways to deal with criticism that we get, unfortunately it is part of refereeing and I have to come to terms with it and not let it affect me. Within any job where you have to make decisions there are always going to be people that have an opinion, sometimes it’s positive and sometimes not. It’s just something we have to live with and just take on the chin.
