How did you get introduced to Refereeing?
I picked up the flag for my dad on the local parks football on Sunday mornings when none of the substitutes would do it!!

What are your aims as a Select Group Assistant Referee?
To be appointed to FA Final to enable me to obtain my '3 lions' badge
What skills do you think you need to become a Select Group Assistant Referee?
Ability to read the game, adaptability to changing interpretations
Who has been the biggest influence in your career and why?
My dad was the driving force throughout my early years and then constant support during my years as I progressed through the system.
